I absolutely LOVED my sample of Mario Olives!! I shared a couple with hubs, but ate the rest. I wish the sample was bigger, because I wanted more! When they arrived they were warm, but I tried one, and they had too soft of a texture and I almost spit them out. So, they went in the refrigerator to cool down. Once they were chilled we LOVED them! I will be buying these for sure. I also liked the fact that they came in a sturdy pouch, that tears open easy. Mario Olives would be great as a snack or added to a salad.

Alright, I won't lie, whenever it said I was selected to try snack olives, I was a bit skeptical. I mean flavored olives, is that a thing? If it isn't already it definitely should be! They were super good, and only lightly seasoned. Actually I wouldn't have minded even if they were seasoned a little bit more. Anyway, I got the herb and spice pack and the texture was perfect, not too mushy or anything, flavoring was great and it wasn't too salty. Also the package is really pretty, eye catching and convenient. My only complaint is that they are all gone now!

's review Ocoee, Florida

It tasted like green olives with herbs + spices. It had that same great olive taste with a kick to it, and it was really delicious. I ate the entire bag to myself (I'm selfish!), and it was totally worth it.

These things are delicious. They're a great way to eat olives on the go without all the mess. The olives are pitted, super flavorful, just the right firmness. I could eat them all day. I'll definitely buy them...

I tried the garlic ones and they were terrific!!! The perfect appetizer but not too much garlic where your breath is stinky!

I am not a big olive person and that is why I did not put that I wanted to try this. However, I wanted to give it a shot and see if my taste has changed. If you do not like green olives these probably are not for you, but it looks like they do have black olives as well. As far as the taste goes they taste just like a regular green olive with a hint of garlic flavor. You can taste the olive oil which is subtle. I think it could have more thyme flavor. The texture is not mushy and very firm. If you love olives these could be great for you. They are portable and great for being on the go.

's review Webster, Florida

I was lucky enough to be able to try the Mario's Herb & Spice seasoned olive packages. This is a great concept. Much better than trying to pull olives from a jar and place in a snack sized zipper bag and carrying it with you. Now, I wasn't really a fan of the Herb & Spice flavor, when eating them alone. I think that flavor would have been an awesome addition to a nice salad. But as a snack, no. I'd love to try all of the other flavors to see if there is one that is more palatable to eat alone as a snack. But the next time I make Greek salads, I know what I will be adding instead of black olives.
