Bear Essentials Gummies's Reviews

's review Portsmouth, Virginia

The packaging looked a little childish, so I thought it was for kids. I, however, tried them and wouldn't even consider giving these to a kid. It's like someone took a jar or organic vitamins, pulverized them, poured them into a gelatin, and came up with this. The consistency is HARD, the taste is awful, the color reflects both, just don't.

I believe the children like them, I'm not sure though.  They said they did.  They never really told me.

I gave these to my oldest daughter to chew. She loved the flavors and loved the fact it was gummies but she had diffculty chew since they seemed a bit hard.

I think we all know how important it is to make sure our kids get the vitamins and minerals they need to stay active and healthy. I also think we all know how difficult it can be to get our kids to actually take said vitamins. Last night I received my sample of Bear Essentials Gummies and they immediately caught my son's eye. "Oh, what's that?" he asked me with youthful hope in his eyes, the wrapper teasing a sweet treat inside. "It's your new gummy vitamins!" I told him with excitement in my voice.

We immediately ripped open the packaging and he shoved a gummy bear right in his mouth and began chewing. This is where the excitement ended. He looked at me like I told him Santa wouldn't be able to make it for Christmas and said, "Daddy, these are yucky. Do I have to eat it?" Of course I told him no and he spit it into the garbage. Off he ran to play some more. I thought to myself, "Ok, he can sometimes be picky but he loves his others gummy vitamins so I wonder what's these taste like." I tried popped one of the remaining bears into my mouth and knew immediately why he didn't like them. To me they tasted like someone crushed up a horrible tasting adult multivitamin, mixed it with some gelatin, covered it in sugar, and prayed no one noticed. I'm pretty adventerous when it comes to eating, but even I couldn't appreciate these. I don't like writing bad reviews if at all possible, but beyond the packaging neither my son or I could find one redeeming quality about these. I appreciate the opportunity to try these out, but I don't think I'll be purchasing in the future.

These come in pre-packed servings and 100% all natural. They weren't tough or anything just soft and chewy. It's great for growing kids. They come in licious strawberry, lemon and orange gummy bears are gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, yeast-free and contain no nuts or hydrogenated oils. This means they are safe for everyone. Be sure to check these out next time you are in the stores. I will be buying more for my two growing kids. I received this small pack as a sample to test out for a honest and unbiased review.

These Gummies were not very gummy :( My kids did not enjoy them.  They said they hurt their teeth.  I'm not sure if the sample was old but if this is the norm I would not recommend this product.  It's a good idea but they need to be softer.

First of all, I was happy to try these for free but disappointed that we only got a couple. At first look, they looked like a cute gummy candy. The texture and consistency was like a gummy. They were easy to chew and the fruit flavors were ok. It didn't have a super medicine-y taste. I could see us incorporating this into our daily routine. I like the vitamins and minerals in them. I will definitely keep an eye and consider purchasing in the future, depending on price, amount and value.

Yesterday we received our multi vitamin gummies and unfortunately my girls did not enjoy these one bit. They were tough not gummie at all. Not much of a fruity flavor you want, and they were dusted with a sour taste that didn't help. They wouldn't try anymore other than the initial gummie bear I gave them. They have no interest in trying these again. We won't be recommending them or buying any other bags. Bummer.

I never like writing negative reviews but there is absolutely nothing good about this vitamin gummy. I received the cherry flavor and I couldn't even finish swallowing before I spit it out because yes, it was THAT gross. I don't see kids eating these at all.

I received my sample of Bear Essentials Gummies the other day, being for kids I let my little ones sample these. Three bear gummies come in a pack so my kids each had one and a half. They were all the same pinkish orange color, I'm assuming strawberry. At first my kids said yummy these are so good, then my 7 yr old said yuck they left a nasty taste in her mouth. My 4 yr old boy will eat almost anything lol he still says he liked them. I did take a tiny nibble off the edge of a bear foot and I thought it tasted very vitaminy, I know that's not a word or good description but I hope someone understands lol. I'm giving 3 stars as more of a neutral review based on our 3 reactions to the bears. I do like that they come in single serve packets like fruit snacks, they stay fresh and kids could enjoy the responsibility of taking their vitamins vs mom saying come get your vitamins and handing a couple out. Also on a side note, my daughter said they we a little hard but we are in the Northwest and it's freezing outside so sitting in the mailbox probably didn't help.
