Diaper Rash Cream's Reviews

's review Neotsu, Oregon

It's a bit runnier than I would like. I like a very thick and dense diaper cream. I ended up just putting my regular brand right over it. It doesn't have any kind of odor. And it seems to be pretty natural. But I would never buy this product. Only because of the texture. If you like a thinner cream, I think you would like this.

I used up all the samples and I wasn't really that impressed with the results. Scent also isn't my favorite.

Unlike the other Weleda products that I was able to actually try (the Calendula Shampoo and Body Wash & the White Mallow Body Lotion), I really couldn't try this for effectiveness at all. Our family deals with a lot of allergies, including nut allergies, and since this contains almond oil, I couldn't use it on actual diaper rash and didn't see a way I could try it to test it myself. I can comment that I do like the healthy claims it boasts like being cruelty free, organic, non-gmo, BPA free, and gluten free. My biggest issue with this product is that I actually CAN'T use it for my family and wasn't able to test it at all. All of these great natural products always have nut oils and I wish they could find something else to substitute that is as effective, but will enable customers with allergies to actually use their products. Hopefully this feedback will be seen by Weleda so they can make some adjustments in the future, because I really would be a loyal customer of the brand.

's review Brentwood, California

Not too in love with this cream unfortunately. During a bad cold my son was sleeping more than usual, and therefore going longer between diaper changes at night since I didn't want to wake him up. Sadly but not unexpectedly, this resulted in a minor booty rash :( Remembering that I had this sample, I excitedly got it out and applied it. The ingredients are natural and there was no real smell (less likely to sting) so I was hopeful. But by the next diaper change he was still pretty red. I put some Desitin on for the next change and had much better results. I decided to try this cream once more the next day and again didn't see much change. While his rash never got worse while using this and I appreciate that it's a more natural product, it just didn't work as well as I need it to.

I liked the Diaper Rash Cream. My daughter has an especially sensitive diaper area and once we tried the Diaper Rash Cream she asked me to put more on her each diaper change (She's 2).

I've used this product for years and a little goes a long way. Really moisturizing and soothing even for the most sensitive tushes. I've used it on elbows and thighs wherever chaffing is an issue.

's review Southport, Connecticut

This Diaper Rash Cream worked really well to soothe baby girl's bottom.  It has a pleasing scent and goes on quickly and easily.  It prevented her from getting diaper rash.
